Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)

Our caregivers assist with essential daily self-care activities, including:

  • Bathing (full, partial, or sponge baths)

  • Grooming and hygiene support

  • Dressing and undressing

  • Toileting and incontinence care

  • Oral care

  • Hair and skincare

Mobility & Physical Support

Caregivers help clients move safely and comfortably:

  • Assistance with walking

  • Transfers (bed, chair, toilet, vehicle)

  • Turning and repositioning to prevent pressure injuries

  • Fall prevention support

  • Use of mobility aids

Nutrition & Hydration Support

While not medical in nature, our caregivers ensure clients maintain safe and healthy routines:

  • Meal preparation according to dietary needs

  • Encouraging hydration

  • Assistance with eating (non-clinical)

  • Kitchen safety support

Health & Wellness Monitoring (Non-Medical)

Caregivers provide careful observation—not clinical treatment:

  • Monitoring changes in behavior, appetite, mood, or mobility

  • Documentation of observations

  • Reporting concerns to the Agency promptly

  • Medication reminders (no medication administration)
